MAGNETIK, a digital marketing agency in Manhattan, is seeking a Studio Manager on-site at our NYC office, conveniently located on 23rd street.
About the position:
You’ll manage the workflow and efficiency of our Creative Team and partner with our Creative Director to:
- Organizing and optimize project workflow
- Oversee and keep track of creative resource utilization
- Create and manage project schedules
- Oversee daily assignments and ensure deliverables and due dates are met
- Ensure creative work meets client requirements
- Manage daily internal hotsheets and coordinate status meetings with clients
- Ensure files and output meet naming and organization requirements
What you need to know
- Our ideal candidate is an effective communicator both on the phone and over email
- Effective organizational skills to keep track of 25+ simultaneous projects\
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Photoshop) and ability to tweak files if necessary
- Knowledge of Print and Digital file formats and optimizations
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as websites, landing pages, emails, digital and social advertising
